Over the fifty year history as Founder and Executive Artistic Director of Cleo Parker Robinson Dance, I have always been aware of the necessity of maintaining the health of body, mind, and spirit for all people, not just the professional dancers. The responsibility of the healer is to educate and treat the whole person, and to understand the unique needs of each, whether they be dancer, teacher, or administrator.
Over the years, Sarah Graham and Jan Dunn have been integral assets to our organization. Their extraordinary expertise and compassionate care have helped keep the Ensemble members, faculty, and staff performing at their peak. It is wonderful and timely that they are bringing outreach dance medicine services to the dance community. I look forward to having them keep all of us within the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance village soaring and celebrating!!
